I answer within 1–2 business days. If it's been longer than that, check your spam folder before assuming I've ghosted you — it happens more than you'd think.
Something wrong with your order?
If your shirt arrived damaged, defective, or it's simply not what you ordered, email me within 30 days of delivery and we'll sort it out. Include your order number and a photo if there's something to see — it lets me fix it on the first reply instead of the third.
Before you write in
A few things that come up often:
- Where's my order? Every shirt is made for you after you order, so allow 3–5 business days for production before it ships. You'll get tracking once it's on the way.
- Shipping. We ship within the United States only. Standard shipping is free on orders over $75.
- Sizing. Our tees are a relaxed unisex fit in premium garment-dyed cotton — pre-shrunk, soft, and easy to layer. If you're between sizes and want that oversized look, size up.
